A workshop about the power of locking into our emotions to improve authenticity with ourselves and each other
Workshop Information
Ever feel confused by your emotions or find yourself acting in ways that don't match what you really want?
Or maybe you're not quite ready for therapy, but you want to improve your relationships and how you communicate -- this workshop is for you!
In this interactive class you'll learn:

where emotions come from
-
why emotions matter
-
how to honor them in ways that impact your life positively
You will gain access to a "road map" for showing up more authentically in relationships and what you learn will set you up for success when asserting boundaries.
At this time, this workshop is available for adults only and heavily incorporates art directives such as drawing, coloring, and collaging. Skill level is not relevant to the process and necessary items will be sent to you! Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Art, Heart & Connection is an 8-week online workshop scheduled to start on January 6th, 2027. Each class is 60 minutes and will be held every Wednesday evening at 5:30 PST.
